Many things made me become a vegetarian, among them the higher food yield as a solution to world hunger. - John Denver
Shawn Donnille is the co-owner of Mountain Rose Herbs and has been involved with numerous radical and moderate campaign groups since 1991.
His history is truly diversified having worked with the ALF, Global Alliance, Project Underground, Anti-Vivisection Network, Steel-Jaw Trap Banning Network. He formed 3 of his own grass-roots organizations from 1991-1999 all of which focused on animal welfare, environmental sustainability, political prisoners, ancient forest protection, and other revolutionary aspects in our current political and social spectrum.
As an admirer and reader of traditional anarchist text and philosophies from the late 19th century, his greatest juxtaposition is infusing anarchist theory and animal welfare alongside each other with capitalism which he calls "Ayn Randian Anarcho-Capitalism with welfare for all sentient beings in the forefront."
