The 1950's American dream of owning a mink coat is as dead as the 60 mink killed to make that coat. - Trish Donnally
Many things made me become a vegetarian, among them the higher food yield as a solution to world hunger. - John Denver
Ty Bell is a dedicated practitioner of what he likes to call "superfood yoga." This translates loosely as "the art of using medicinal plant foods in a sacred way to experience radiant health and well-being." Ty's background is in yoga, spiritual nutrition, internal cleansing and vegan philosophy. Living on a plant-based vegan diet for more than 10 years now, Ty has explored the many faces of veganism, from macrobiotic to raw, and everything in between. His quest for balanced, sustainable living eventually led to his discovery of superfoods. The simple practice of adding these high-energy, healing plant foods was so dramatically and positively life-changing for Ty, that he set out on yet another quest to share his discovery with the world.
Ty now lives happily in Eugene with his family, traveling throughout the country lecturing and sharing what he has learned, working as National Sales Manager for HealthForce Nutritionals (a 100% vegan superfood company). Ty's position enables him to travel far and wide sharing his knowledge and inspiration about conscious eating and living. His philosophy fuses ancient and modern elements together into an approach that is fresh, new and inspirational. His number one goal is to help heal and uplift the planet with superfood-powered vegan nutrition.
